Not sure how to talk to your kids about the current health situation? Put the Coronavirus in kid´s terms with this Printable Coloring Book.
Make a batch of homemade Playdough. We use the small batch recipe and make creatures with googly eyes, pipe cleaners, and popsicle sticks. They are left to air dry and can be painted later.
We love to whip up these No Bake Energy Bites with the kids. These adapt easily with ingredients you have on hand (ie. any seed or nut butter, maple syrup instead of honey...you get the idea).
Oh! And, if trying to plan activities, cook, clean and stay calm is exhausting and overwhelming...remember you are enough.
Take care and stay healthy.
